Shipping And Receiving OperatorJeannette, PAShipping and Receiving OperatorMonday- FridayTriumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an (onsite) Shipping/Receiving Operator for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. This position reports to Shipping/Receiving Manager. The pay rate for this position is $19.00/hr. and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.This position offers the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 an hour within your first year of employment through our structured tier advancement program.This self-sufficient, motivated, safety oriented, and capable individual will be responsible for the operation of several types of equipment.Triumvirate Environmental provides leading organizations in higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist them with compliance management. Our dedication to sustainability and ethical standards drives our long-term success and strengthens relationships with stakeholders.Essential Responsibilities:Unload Plant 2 Direct TrailersIdentify, label and mark unloaded materialsCommunicate with Plant 2 Production for Organization of product/shipments.Identify, Label and stage WIPBarcode lumberOrganization of Finished Lumber Locations5s Dock, Plant 3 and Plant 3 lotAbility to Identify and QC Finished LumberAssist in shipping and unloading LTL shipmentsMust be able to operate a forkliftUse ERP system to create shipping and receiving paperworkUpdate inventory into all shipping and receiving systemsThis is a safety sensitive position.Basic Requirements:High School Graduate (or equivalent)Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.Ability to work overtime.Collaborate effectively with team membersDemonstrate openness to learning by adapting to new processes, incorporating constructive feedback, and taking initiative to develop skills and expertiseMust have a reliable form of transportation.Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.Preferred Requirements:Ability to load/unload roll off dumpstersAbility to move 48'-53' trailers throughout the yardAbility to back trailers in and out of the docks, including the Plant 2 dockAbility to use various toolsStrong aptitude in problem solving and process improvementPreferred CDL A or BAbility to articulate problems and solutions verballyDemonstrate a sense of urgency and personal initiative related to problem resolution duties with follow-through and professionalism.Self-motivated and capable of managing stressful situations.Work Environment:Warehouse, inside and outside dock environment, and outside storage yard.Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
