Adecco is working with a manufacturing client in Bedford, NH to bring on a full-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity!
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay:
$26-$30/hour

Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipmentsCreate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other required shipping documentationEnsure international shipments have the proper customs and export paperworkReceive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect shipments, and match paperwork against purchase ordersEnter shipping, receiving, and inventory information into the company ERP systemMaintain accurate inventory and shipment recordsTrack incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate updates to internal teamsCoordinate with freight carriers, parcel services, and logistics providersPackage and prepare materials for shipment while ensuring products are properly protectedAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepanciesWork closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other departments to support material flowInvestigate shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and receiving issuesMaintain accurate electronic and paper recordsKeep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety proceduresSupport other warehouse and material-handling functions as needed
Requirements:
Previous Shipping & Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferredInternational shipping experience strongly preferredExperience using an ERP system for shipping, receiving, or inventory transactionsStrong computer skills and comfort working with Microsoft OfficeExperience preparing shipping documentation and working with freight carriersStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while also supporting a teamMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to obtain a security clearance if requiredMust successfully complete a drug screen and 7-year misdemeanor/felony background check
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity offering a stable 1st-shift schedule and the opportunity to join an established manufacturing team.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
