Aerospace Shipping & Receiving SpecialistIf you're ready to put your shipping, receiving, and inventory skills to work in the aerospace industry, this Shipping & Receiving Specialist role is a great opportunity to build your career with a team that keeps high-quality aerospace parts moving through production.You'll be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming parts, picking and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and making sure parts are properly documented and routed to the next process. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and looking for an opportunity to grow your skills in aerospace—this could be the role for you.This temporary-to-hire job opportunity is a great way to use your skills in a supportive team environment with people who really care about your success.Shipping & Receiving Specialist Job Duties:Process incoming materials and verify counts, product information, and traceability.Process purchase orders, work orders, certifications, and other receiving paperwork.Scan certifications and ensure documents are complete and legible.Distribute raw materials to outside processing suppliers.Verify PO pricing and delivery dates and escalate discrepancies.Follow receiving, outside processing, and standard work procedures.Communicate job progress and any issues or technical stops to the Receiving Lead.Prioritize urgent tasks and assist with overtime when needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pmPay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hourShipping & Receiving Specialist Job Requirements:Experience using a forklift or pallet jack preferred6+ months of experience in a warehouse, material handling, order picker, shipping & receiving, or other transferable experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracy with part numbers, quantities, documentation, and inventoryAbility to work with shipping, receiving, and manufacturing paperworkBenefits Offered by Verstela to Temporary Employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD and DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLocation: Everett, WAIf you are interested in this Aerospace Shipping & Receiving Specialist role, apply now!
