Job description
Shipping & Receiving SpecialistPerformance Fab, a sister company of Fox Cities Builders, is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help manage materials, deliveries, inventory, and logistics throughout our fabrication facility.If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, solving problems, and making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do:Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveriesStage, label, and distribute materials to support production schedulesTrack inventory and identify shortages, damages, and discrepanciesProcess jobsite returns and maintain accurate material recordsMove materials throughout the shop and yard using forklifts and other equipmentPick up and deliver materials to vendors and job sites as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with inventory accuracy and facility securityWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and time-management abilitiesCommitment to safety and teamworkForklift experience preferredValid CDL and ability to maintain CDL requirementsAbility to lift and move materials as neededWhy Join Performance Fab?Competitive pay and benefitsStable, full-time opportunityGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentMake a direct impact on project success every dayReady to Join the Team?If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to be a key part of a growing fabrication team, apply today!
