Job description
Avery Dennison is seeking a Shipping Team Manager to lead safety, engagement, quality and productivity on a designated shift at our Indiana facility. You will drive Lean Sigma initiatives, coach a team, and ensure cost-effective operations while meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities include enforcing EHS policies, conducting performance reviews, and implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and outcomes.
