Job description
Avery Dennison in Greenfield, Indiana is seeking a Shipping Team Manager who will lead a shift to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will drive continuous improvement, coach team members, conduct reviews, enforce EHS standards, and participate in Lean Sigma kaizen events to optimize manufacturing processes. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and communication skills to achieve daily objectives.
