Job description
Von Maur is seeking a Shoe Department Manager to lead the shoe department and drive customer service excellence in a retail setting. You will coach associates, build relationships with customers, and manage day-to-day operations to meet sales and service goals.
As a manager, you will ensure brand knowledge is strong, develop team members, and coordinate shifts to cover peak and off-peak times while promoting from within and supporting total well-being through benefits.
