Job description
Shop CarpenterWe are seeking experienced Shop Carpenters with a strong background in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, exhibit construction, and finish carpentry. Candidates must be comfortable reading shop drawings, working with precision, and safely operating professional woodworking equipment.Responsibilities:Fabricate custom cabinets and architectural millwork.Construct panel walls, booths, displays, and exhibits.Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and cut lists.Perform precise measuring, layout, cutting, fitting, and assembly.Complete wood joinery, including dadoes, rabbets, biscuits, dowels, pocket screws, and glue-ups.Apply laminate, edge banding, and other finish materials.Sand, trim, and complete high-quality finish carpentry.Install cabinet hardware, hinges, drawer slides, and specialty hardware.Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
