Shop CoordinatorDS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we're committed to building a strong team that supports both our customers and our technicians.We're looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Shop & Fleet Coordinator to help keep our shop, materials, and vehicles running efficiently. This role is critical to the daily success of our field teams.Pay: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience and organizational ability.What You'll Do:Organize and maintain shop materials and equipmentStage materials and equipment for upcoming installsReceive and check in deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory levelsCoordinate fleet maintenance using our vehicle software (Azuga)Schedule vehicle service and inspectionsKeep the shop clean, safe, and efficientRun parts to job sites when neededAssist with general shop and operations tasksWhat We're Looking For:Organized and detail-orientedComfortable using computers and basic softwareReliable and punctualAble to lift and move equipment and materialsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPositive attitude and team-first mindsetExperience with inventory, warehouse, or fleet coordination is a plus, but not required.What We Offer:Medical insuranceEmployer-matched 401(k)Paid holidays, sick time, and vacationStable, full-time scheduleSupportive team environmentLong-term growth opportunitiesSchedule:Full-timeMonday to FridayDay shiftMinimal to no overtime expectedLocation:33 Brower Blvd Hyde Park, NYApplicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.Our Core Values:SafetyIntegrityReliabilityRespectCommunity
