Shop Foreman5+ years of experience working with structural steel or metals fabricationExperience managing a teamResponsible for hiring, training, preparing work schedules etc.Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimatedCoordinate shop scheduleExperience with AISC standardsOffered: health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) long term disability coverage; and life and accident insurance. Vacation and PTO time off, paid holidays, as well as other types such as bereavement, and any applicable federal and state sick leave. Salary range 75-85K/yr DOE
