Shop HelperAbundant Solutions-Claremore is seeking dependable shop helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and industrial processes.What You'll Do:Assist with material handling, staging, and shop organizationSupport assembly and fabrication teams with daily tasksLoad, unload, and move parts and steel throughout the facilityHelp prepare materials for welding, machining, and finishingOperate basic hand tools and equipment under supervisionMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company standardsWhat We're Looking For:Previous shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn and grow in a skilled tradeMust be able to read a tape measure to 1/16thMust have experience with hand and power toolsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularlyAbility to stand, bend, and move for extended periodsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environmentWhy Apply?Entry-level opportunity with room for advancementHands-on training in a manufacturing settingFull-time hours with potential for overtime
