Job description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Conroe, TX. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to grow in a stable fabrication shop environment.
What You'll Do
Assist skilled tradespeople and fabricators with daily shop tasks
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Move, load, and unload materials and equipment
Support fabrication and assembly processes as directed
Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions
What You'll Need
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic hand and power tool knowledge is a plus
Fabrication shop experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints is a plus
Prior shop, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
