Shop Helper
Do you have manufacturing, warehouse, or general shop experience? Then this temp-to-hire Shop Helper opportunity with an established precision manufacturing company could be a great fit for you!
This company specializes in custom machining, fabrication, and metal working services for a variety of industrial clients. They are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual who is willing to help wherever needed and support the daily operations of the machine shop.

Shop Helper Job Duties:
Wash and clean parts as needed
Assist with basic machine operation under the guidance of experienced machinists
Help move and organize raw materials, finished products, and equipment
Support machinists and technicians with general shop tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with shop cleanup, including bathrooms and common areas
Follow safety procedures while working around machinery and equipment
Provide general support to the manufacturing team as needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 am to 2:30pm
Shop Helper Requirements:
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Comfortable working in a machine shop or industrial environment
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Comfortable lifting, moving materials, and working around machinery
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
