Job description
SRM Concrete is seeking a hands-on Shop Manager / Diesel Mechanic in Pensacola, FL. You will lead a team of mechanics, perform routine maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy equipment, and mentor staff while driving safety, efficiency, and quality across the shop.
You will diagnose complex diesel, electrical, and hydraulic issues, rebuild major components, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime. A strong leadership mindset and practical repair skills are essential.
