Shop Manager | Caledonia, MI
Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Caledonia that are seeking skilled Shop Managers. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement with supply chain.
Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams on product development and process improvements.
