Shop Manager | Charlotte, MI
Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Shop Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product integrity and reduce defects.
Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing personnel, fostering skill development and a safe work environment.
Optimize shop floor layout and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and sales.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Proven ability to manage and optimize production schedules
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems
