Job description
SRM Concrete is seeking a Shop Manager / Diesel Mechanic to lead a team of technicians, oversee shop operations, mentor staff, and perform repairs on diesel trucks, mixers, and heavy equipment.
In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, rebuild major components, ensure safety compliance, keep records, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while delivering reliable fleet performance.
