Job description
SRM Concrete is seeking a hands-on Shop Manager / Diesel Mechanic to lead a team, oversee shop operations, mentor staff, and perform repairs on diesel-powered trucks, mixers, and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep mechanical expertise, including diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, while maintaining a safety-first approach in a fast-paced concrete environment.
