Job description
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver the planet’s fastest oil change experience. You will train and mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive exceptional customer service in a high-energy shop environment.
Expect hands-on oil changes, equipment inspections, and revenue growth through fleet relationships. Weekend availability and a proactive, safety-conscious leadership approach are essential.
