Job description
The Pivot Group Network in Kentwood, MI is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead daily production, manage resources, and uphold safety and quality on the shop floor. This role fits candidates with a strong manufacturing background and leadership capabilities.
Ideal applicants have 5+ years in manufacturing, at least 2 years in supervision, and a solid Lean mindset to drive continuous improvement and efficient scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
