Job description
Redline Precision Group is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the machine and pump repair shop, owning throughput, quality, scheduling, procurement, and team development.
This hands-on leadership role requires presence on the shop floor, ability to discuss both technical and commercial aspects of every job, and collaboration with ownership on financial performance, with potential for full P&L responsibility as you demonstrate impact.
