The Pivot Group Network partners with Montague, MI manufacturers to connect experienced Shop Managers with growth-focused opportunities. This on-site role directs daily production, mentors technicians, and drives safety and quality improvements while coordinating with supply chain to optimize material flow.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong lean principles, and MES proficiency to support continuous improvement and KPI reporting.
