Shop Manager | Mason, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Shop Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across the shop floor.
Manage, train, and develop a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
Optimize workflow and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow and problem resolution.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Proven ability to interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
