Requirements (must have)
Proven management experience in a shop or manufacturing environment
Ability to lead a team, enforce standards, and keep production on schedule
Positive attitude — no negativity, no excuses
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
Manage and coordinate employees on the floor
Ensure quality control and deadlines are consistently met
Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive shop
Communicate clearly with office and ownership
