What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you're the heartbeat of the shop a leader, motivator, and operations guru. You'll work closely with the District Shop Managers to:
Oversee all daily operations, staffing, and budgeting
Manage a team of 1015 awesome employees
Lead training, coaching, and development efforts
Create a positive, growth-focused work culture
Maintain all store procedures, policies, and financial systems
Handle ordering, deliveries, and inventory
Drive store performance and local community engagement
Champion an exceptional in-store and cake-ordering experience
Keep things clean, safe, and fun always!
Perks & Pay
Yearly salary: $47,840-$52,000
