Shop Manager | Spring Lake, MI
Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring production targets are met.
Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
Optimize production schedules and resource allocation for efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
Experience with inventory management, production scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
