Job description
Transportation Partners & Logistics is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the Howard Remanufacturing Shop's daily operations and drive quality. Reports to Sr.
Director of Remanufacturing / R&D; role combines hands-on leadership with coordination across logistics, procurement, estimating and inventory. You will schedule workflow, uphold safety policies, develop lean processes, manage multiple projects, travel up to 30%, and partner with HR on hiring.
