Job description
Takkion is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Howard Remanufacturing Shop and ensure overall quality. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Remanufacturing / R&D, you will guide budgets, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering and QC to meet customer demands. Occasional travel may be required.
