Machine Operator- Second ShiftWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specificationsLoad raw materials and unload finished productsInspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after productionMake minor machine adjustments as neededMaintain production logs and complete basic documentationPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areaFollow all company safety policies and wear proper PPECommunicate equipment issues or defects to supervisorsRequirements:Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprintsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefits:Competitive hourly payWeekly pay available (if applicable)Health, dental, and vision insurance (if offered)Paid holidays and PTOOpportunities for overtime and advancement
