Job description
SF Metalworks, a California-based custom metal fabrication company, is seeking a Shop Technical Lead to guide fabricators, welders, CNC operators, and production staff on the shop floor.
You’ll review plans, coordinate with project management, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time deliveries while mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong fabrication expertise.
