Shop Welder/FabricatorPuri-T Welding & Fabrication is a growing structural steel welding shop looking for an experienced Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our team. If you have experience fitting, fabricating, and welding structural steel and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret structural steel shop drawingsStructural steel fabrication and welding experience preferredProficient in GMAW-S and FCAW-GExperience fitting, laying out, and assembling structural steel componentsAbility to safely operate fabrication equipment including saws, ironworkers, drills, grinders, and overhead cranesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workReliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environmentResponsibilitiesRead and interpret shop drawings to fabricate structural steel componentsFit, tack, and weld structural steel and miscellaneous metal productsVerify dimensions and maintain quality throughout the fabrication processOperate fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork with shop supervisors and team members to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth benefits available after the introductory period (if applicable)A team-focused environment where quality craftsmanship is valuedIf you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values hard work, quality, and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.
