We are a dynamic and entrepreneurial company looking for like-minded individuals to continue to grow and expand our services, and to provide a world-class working environment.Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionTraining and mentoringEmployee Assistance Program401(k) with matchingPaid sick leavePaid vacationSummaryThis position involves maintenance of shop and yard, building and repairing field equipment, loading trucks and maintaining a well-stocked warehouse.Job ResponsibilitiesCleans and maintains shop and yard on a daily basisMaintains inventory and stock of filters and partsService and wash generators as neededMaintains oil tanks (fresh and waste) along with updating logMaintains loose parts, cable, filters and misc. products off the floor to maintain an organized shopMaintains storm drain, rain gutters and overall cleanliness of yardAssist mechanics and field technicians as neededAble to use all power and hand tools safelyAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 75 lbsAbility to drive forklift and load and unload equipmentOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsCompetencies/RequirementsAdhere to OSHA safety rules and use of equipment – hard hats, etc.Adhere to Power Plus safety and quality standards when setting and/or picking up equipmentMust arrive at shop on time ready to workProvide quality work product and attention to detailGood interpersonal and communication skillsAn ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong team player.Ability to see tasks through to completionGood communication skills requiredHourly Pay Range: $18.00 - 24.00If you've always wanted to really make a difference, have your contributions mean something, and work for a place where loyalty, integrity, and hard work still means something, we want to hear from you!
