(Nasdaq Stock ticker: EML).Responsibilities:AssemblyCollect all materials and equipment needed to begin the assembly processFollow guidelines and work instructions on military and standard jobsAlign material and put together parts to build more complex unitsSort and/or repair nonconforming parts (NCMRs)Powder CoatingPrepare parts for coatingFollow all principles and practices of powder coating applicationOperate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, oven and booth collection systemsEnsure that all components are produced/coated effectively and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer ordersPacking/VentFollow packing list to pack assembled parts in boxesPack boxes on palletsDevelop mailing labels and shipping documentsKeep accurate records of shipmentsEnsure orders are filled correctlyMinimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and EducationExperience in reading blueprintsGood understanding of quality control principlesExcellent hand-eye coordinationStrong attention to detailAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong computer skillsFamiliarity with ISO standardsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to work in noisy, greasy, manufacturing environments.Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb as necessary.Visual acuity to read instructions, micrometers, blue prints, and inspect parts produced.Employment with Eberhard Manufacturing is "at-will", meaning that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, in accordance with Ohio law.Eberhard Manufacturing Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
