Rank will be determined based on the chosen candidate's qualifications. Management of complex shoulder and elbow disorders will be the primary focus of the practice including arthroplasty, advanced arthroscopic techniques, and salvage reconstructive shoulder and elbow procedures. The incumbent will become part of the shoulder and elbow division with three other surgeons within an outstanding academic orthopaedic department.

Minimum requirements include completion of a residency in orthopaedic surgery and a one-year advanced fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery, or equivalent plus board certification or board eligibility. Interest and experience in shoulder biomechanics and/or clinical outcomes research are preferred.
