FIELD ASSOCIATE - FRESNO AREA
nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Fresno area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations. Showings are typically scheduled for thirty minutes and evaluations for one hour.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnProperty Showings:
n nnTravel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
nEnsure property accessibility and secure property when leaving
nReport prospect and property feedback
nPaid commute time
n nnProperty Evaluations (optional):
n nnAssess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
nUse Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies
nWork independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour)
nEvaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and basic functionality of electric and plumbing systems
nTake detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system
n nIDEAL CANDIDATE
nnReal estate license is required as company policy, but will not be used for any real estate activities
nBackground in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nStrong attention to detail
nComfortable with frequent local travel
nProficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
nProfessional demeanor with positive attitude
n nTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
nnReliable transportation
nSmartphone capable of running our mobile friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos
