Summary
Are you enthusiastic about real estate and dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience? As a Showing Assistant , you will support experienced agents and their clients by coordinating property viewings and assisting with key activities throughout the purchase, sale, and investment process.
Your knowledge of the local market, strong organizational skills, and prompt communication will help keep transactions running smoothly in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program
Assist sales agents in showing homes to clients
Deliver detailed feedback to refine client preferences
Draft and negotiate offers for agents and clients
Generate at least 10 hours of leads weekly
Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Record tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Passionate about building strong client relationships
Committed to growth in real estate and leadership
Friendly, approachable, and positive
Comfortable with frequent driving
Attentive to client needs
Eager to learn and succeed
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Real estate license or willing to obtain
