Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions.
Excels in prospecting and generating leads.
Naturally adept at handling objections.
Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence.
Capable of collaborating effectively with others.
A true team player.
Must hold a real estate license in UTAH to join the TEAM.
Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!)
Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
Eager to learn and focused on growth.
Well-organized and prepared.
Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
Exceptional time management abilities.
Recently obtained your license? We welcome your application!
Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
