nBurlington Design Gallery is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and personable Showroom Concierge & Interior Design Coordinator to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas.
nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for presentation and organization, and aspires to build a career in the luxury design, architecture, stone, and tile industry.
nAs the first point of contact for our clients, designers, architects, builders, and guests, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience while supporting our senior sales and design team.
nKey Responsibilities
nReception & Client Experience
nWelcome and greet clients, designers, architects, builders, and guests in a warm and professional manner
nManage showroom reception area and maintain a polished, organized appearance
nAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
nCoordinate appointments and assist with scheduling
nEnsure visitors receive an exceptional first impression of Burlington Design Gallery
nSales & Design Support
nAssist Senior Design Sales Associates with client appointments and material selections
nPrepare samples, presentation materials, and project information for client meetings
nFollow up on customer requests and maintain accurate records
nAssist with showroom merchandising, displays, and product organization
nSupport project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
nClient Coverage & Growth
nConduct introductory showroom tours and basic product presentations
nAssist walk-in customers when senior sales associates are unavailable
nParticipate in training programs to develop product and industry knowledge
nGradually take ownership of smaller projects and client interactions
nQualifications
nRequired
nProfessional appearance and demeanor
nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills
nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
nPositive attitude with a customer-first mindset
nAbility to think critically and exercise sound judgment
nReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
nProficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
nPreferred
nExperience in luxury retail, showroom sales, hospitality, interior design, customer service, or related fields
nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
nExperience working with designers, builders, or homeowners
