Job description
Unilog is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to manage a portfolio of showroom customers and support long-term retention and growth. This role acts as the primary contact, driving adoption of Unilog's showroom solutions and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver value.
You will conduct business reviews, understand customer goals, and identify opportunities to expand product usage while helping customers achieve better digital buying experiences.
