Fireside Hearth and Home in Minnesota seeks a Retail Showroom Store Manager to oversee the Roseville and Eagan showrooms, driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role leads strategic operations and customer outcomes across two locations.
You will lead day-to-day showroom operations, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor sales performance, and ensure visual merchandising and brand standards across both locations.
