What You'll DoAs a Shuttle Bus Operator, you'll provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation while creating a positive experience for every passenger. You'll play an important role in helping individuals stay connected to their communities, appointments, and daily activities.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking drivers who are:
Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
Passionate about serving the community
Safety-minded and professional
Comfortable assisting passengers of varying mobility levels
Requirements:
QualificationsValid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Ability to complete all paid training with full attendance
Ability to obtain a VDDP Certificate and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire
Clean driving record
Ability to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed
One professional reference
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing
