Job description
Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to lead shift operations, ensure high quality care, and optimize patient flow. You will partner with Nursing Operations leadership to guide staff, assign care, and maintain standards in a high‑acuity setting.
The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and regulatory readiness. BSN preferred; RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications may be needed.
