Job description
Job TitleWe specialize in high-quality home improvement and repair services. While remodels are a key part of our work, we also handle siding repairs, custom deck builds, home safety modification for seniors, and a variety of repair and improvement projects.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, with extensive experience working on various construction projects, have great customer service skills, and be able to work with little to no oversight.BackgroundCandidates who do well in this role typically come from backgrounds such as:Residential remodeling carpenterSiding installer or repair specialistLead carpenter or experienced field technicianSmall-project remodelerExperienced handyman with strong carpentry skillsQualifications• 5+ years of residential construction experience in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work• Experience completing general residential repairs and small remodeling projects• Ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision• Valid driver's license ** Must be able to pass a comprehensive background checkWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience starting at $25–$30/hour.We're a growing company with opportunities for advancement—we promote from within.Ongoing training and professional development.Company-branded shirts and hats to promote a professional and unified appearance on all job sites.Per-diem for personal vehicle use when vehicle is used for company related projects.Flexible scheduling opportunities with two-weeks standard notice.Discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities for both individual and team achievements.ToolsProvided by Company: Specialty tools required for specific projects.Employee Responsibility: Basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, tape measure, drill, etc.)
