Interior Install ProfessionalOnSight Industries, headquartered in Sanford, Florida, is a leader in providing signage, site furnishings, and mailbox solutions to the new home and multi-family building industry since 1991. Our commitment to quality and innovation drives our mission to enhance communities across the southeast.We are seeking an Interior Install professional in the sign and marketing installation industry. This role is responsible for the precise installation of interior signage, vinyl graphics, wayfinding systems, dimensional lettering, and related products within model homes, sales offices, clubhouses, and amenity centers. This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail, accurate measuring, and a commitment to delivering clean, professional finished installations.The primary focus of this role is interior installation and is separate from OnSight's Construction/Field Installer track. During periods of lower interior project volume, the Interior Installer may assist with exterior and field installation projects, including concrete and structural work, based on business needs.Interior Installation Technicians are responsible for supporting high-level interior installation operations, including but not limited to:Install interior vinyl wall graphics, dimensional letters, and wayfinding/ADA signage in finished, occupied spacesApply wallcovering, laminate graphics, and printed interior décor pieces to walls, doors, and mounted panelsMeasure, level, and align every install to a tight tolerance, protecting finished flooring, paint, and trim throughout the jobRead and follow proof sheets, layout diagrams, and design specs for each installationPrep surfaces (cleaning, priming, patching as needed) so graphics adhere correctly and lastCapture quality closeout photos and job documentation in the mobile field system for every completed installCoordinate scheduling and site access with builders, GCs, and on-site staff so installs don’t disrupt an active sales environmentMaintain and account for company tools and materials issued for interior workFollow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use, even though this work is primarily indoorsSupport field and exterior installation projects, including concrete and structural work, during periods when interior project volume is lowerTo be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following:2+ years of related experience; vinyl, wallcovering, sign, or finish-carpentry background is a plus but not requiredCompletion of the OnSight pre-hire skills assessmentComfortable with hand tools, laminators, adhesives, and precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail — you notice when something is 1/8? offAble to work cleanly and respectfully inside finished, occupied buildingsPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and progressValid driver’s license; becomes eligible to operate a company vehicle upon promotionRequirements:Attendance and punctualityA strong work ethic and professionalismInitiative and problem-solvingFollow company-specific procedures and best practicesInitiative in completing work and solving problemsFollow safety protocols and compliance
