Sign Installer Job DescriptionAs a Sign Installer, you will be performing installation and maintenance of sign products ordered for existing and new construction. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to provide outstanding service to our customers.Responsibilities:Assist with the installation and maintenance of exterior & interior signageAbility to comprehend shop drawings, site plans and sign location drawingsAbility to lift 75 lbs and work at heights as well as confined spacesLoads and transports signage to destinationPrepares worksite by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfacesFollows all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phasesInstalls signage in strict compliance with the work orderCleans installation sitePerforms a quality control review and reports findings to store leadershipEstablishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departmentsFollows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesQualifications:Clean and valid driver's licenseStrong communication skillsWillingness to learnExcellent time management skillsAbility to work with a teamFamiliarity with power tools is preferredElectrical background is strongly preferredPrevious sign installation experience is helpfulJob Benefits:Full Time: Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation: $23.00 - $30.00 Per HourMedical Insurance & Simple IRA (3% Company Match)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays & $50 Monthly Cell Phone ReimbursementMonthly & End of Year Bonus Opportunities
