Job description
Sign InstallerWe are seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join a growing team and handle the installation, service, and repair of a wide variety of commercial signage. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and enjoys seeing a project through from preparation to final installation.The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of sign installation experience and is comfortable working with illuminated signage, channel letters, monuments, pylons, vinyl, lifts, power tools, and basic electrical components.Sign Installer ResponsibilitiesOrganize and prepare jobs, materials, tools, and equipment prior to going onsiteRead and interpret work orders, drawings, plans, and installation instructionsMeasure, level, drill, mount, and prepare surfaces for installationInstall interior and exterior signage, channel letters, monuments, pylons, illuminated signs, and vinylPerform basic electrical work associated with illuminated signageRemove, repair, service, or replace existing signage as neededSafely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and company vehiclesPerform site surveys and permit inspectionsEnsure installations meet company quality standards, specifications, and applicable local codesCommunicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members onsiteMaintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean and safe conditionFollow established company safety procedures and policiesAssist with shop projects and other duties as neededSign Installer Qualifications2–4+ years of professional sign installation experience requiredExperience installing commercial exterior and interior signageFamiliarity with channel letters, monuments, pylons, illuminated signage, and vinylComfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lift equipmentAbility to read shop drawings, plans, measurements, and installation specificationsBasic electrical knowledge related to illuminated signageStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipKnowledge of jobsite and shop safety practicesAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periodsDependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a teamProfessional communication skills when interacting with customers and other tradesScheduleMonday–FridayTypical hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PMSchedule may shift or extend depending on project requirementsOvertime availability requiredOccasional weekend projectsIf you are an experienced Sign Installer looking for a stable opportunity where your skills, craftsmanship, and reliability will be valued, apply today!
