Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceWhat You BringActive TS/SCI and PolygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.TechELINT experience is requiredA bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.A high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experienceAssociate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field (a broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program)Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)Experience supporting (specific agency/program)Agile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesSkilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferredCompletion of SIGE3810 or SIGE4810, MECCEP Phase 1 TechELINT.
