We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Fishersville clinic , with an additional opportunity available at our Waynesboro location for interested candidates.

Flexible Scheduling: Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week , or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week (with benefits eligibility )

Dynamic Patient Caseload: Treat a broad mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, geriatric, and athletic patients
Manageable Caseloads: Expect to treat 1 to 2 patients per hour so you can focus on quality care, with the aid of AI Documentation.
Specialization Encouraged: Interested in a specialty or certification? We support your clinical growth with training and development opportunities
What We Offer
Competitive Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 , depending on experience

What We’re Looking For
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for patient-centered care
Outpatient ortho experience is a plus, but not required
