Job description
Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled professional to advance silicon photonics research, development, and process technologies in a demanding foundry setting.
You will design, test, and optimize silicon photonic devices while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust manufacturing solutions. Ideal candidates bring a PhD or MS with deep experience in silicon photonics, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with optical simulation and TCAD tools.
