GlobalFoundries inc. in Malta, NY offers a Silicon Photonics Reliability Engineering Intern position for Summer 2027.
You will support reliability testing, data analysis, failure-mechanism studies, literature reviews, lifetime modeling, and qualification activities for CMOS and photonic devices. Collaborate with Technology Development, Manufacturing, Process Integration, Design Engineering, Test, and Reliability teams while reporting results and preparing technical reports and presentations.
